Andy
Gannon is one of the founding directors of Corporate
Catalysts. Along with his consulting activities he combines
a mixture of Executive and non-Executive roles with assignments
for not-for-profit organisations. In his time as an executive
with Hewlett-Packard (HP) he was one of the Senior Partners
of HP Consulting, their consulting and systems integration business
and sat on the Board of HP in the UK. Over the last decade he
has managed businesses employing from 10 to thousands and with
turnover from £20m to $1.5 Billion.
He has built an impressive track record as business strategist
and most importantly an implementer having led many change programmes,
both within his own companies and for client organisations.
Andy complements
his business responsibilities with activities as a Chairman-elect
of the Talent Foundation, Corporate and Business Advisor New
Approaches to Cancer He is an active member of the IOD and
the Strategic Planning Society.
Before
joining corporate life Andy was a Civil Engineer in the public
sector and a freelance consultant. He holds a BSc in Civil
Engineering from Nottingham University and has completed several
executive programmes in Business Management at a number of
Management Colleges including Harvard and the London Business
School.

Kati
St Clair (www.katistclair.com)
has worked as a psychotherapist and mentor for over 20 years
in London and Oxford. She practises a unique method using
tools from many different psychological schools, with increasing
focus on corporate behaviour and the psychology of workplace
relationships. Her international client base includes top
level executives and she acts as adviser to the management
teams of a number of large companies. Her professional background
also embraces trading futures and mutual funds on Wall Street
and creative consultancy for advertising agencies. Kati is
a regular contributor to leading newspapers including the
Sunday Telegraph and The Times and appears often on CNN, Sky
News and other networks as a commentator on social and business
issues.
Kati was
born in Hungary, the daughter of the Head of Intelligence
of the Hungarian Secret Police. She gained a doctorate in
Clinical Psychology from Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest
and defected to Britain in 1973. She graduated from Oxford
with an MA in Clinical Psychology in 1976 and a MSc in 1978.
